Why did edgy->feisty install mdadm (I don't have RAID)?

I didn't think it was possible to have a default edgy without mdadm,
either - at least I stopped fighting it before edgy was officially
released.

There's no reason not to remove it if you don't have RAID - but it will
remove some of the virtual packages that the upgrade folks tell us we need
for the next clean upgrade (but definitely don't need _until_ then).
