What does ubuntu use for a firewall?

It was Feisty herd5 7.04 amd64 install fresh from the CD it was not an
upgrade
perhaps that is where it came from.
Regardless ...of where it came from if you have guarddog installed and
you want to install shorewall via apt-get
it will remove shorewall, that was the only point to make here. I never
installed Guarddog intentionally.
