Seeing the Kubuntu GUI from a Windows PC

Thanks. I have /etc/kde3/kdm as the root directory and according to the 
kdrmc file,

Enable=true
Xaccess=/etc/kde3/kdm/Xaccess
Willing=/etc/kde3/kdm/Xwilling

That look OK to you?

How do I restart Xdmcp?
