In Synaptic searching on vmware I find:

vmware-server - 1.0.4-1gutsy2
vmware-server-kernel-modules - 2.6.22.0-1
vmware-server-kernel-modules-2.6.22-14 - 2.6.22.0-1
vmware-server-kernel-source - 1.0.4-1gutsy2

Note: I've not tried to install any of them (yet).
