Allow Apache (on gusty) to serve pages from /home/user/public_html

Hi DD,
Which version of Apache is it? I know for apache2 it is not the
"sites-enabled" part that matters for setting up public_html to be
served. It is in "mods-enabled", where you need to make symbolic
links (ln -s) to
/etc/apache2/mods-available/userdir.conf
/etc/apache2/mods-available/userdir.load
