PDA and Ubuntu 7.04 / 7.10 changes?

If I understand correctly, now the default way is through libusb, so
the port you should use is not '/dev/something' but 'usb:' (without
quotes, with colon).
I'm not sure if it is the default, because I use the libusb way since
at least 7.04. It's simpler, and faster. This is what I recommend.
