"My email keeps crashing" doesn't give us a lot of information to help
you :) It's in the same general set of statements  as " Help! It doesn't
work!"

Perhaps if you told the list when and how the crash happens,  whether you
have made any personal configuration changes recently, and so on - in other
words, what steps are required to produce the crash.

Another helpful set of informational messages might be what output, if
any, you see in a terminal when the crash occurs,  by running kmail from
konsole or your terminal emulator of choice .
