Serving windows print drivers with Samba+CUPS

I've used this a lot and all the network print setups I've done are
cups/samba.  Once you've installed the packages most of the setup is
through the smb.conf file, cupsd.conf and the cups browser interface.
You need to add yourself to the lpadmin and shadow groups.
