Saving RealMedia streams to file

If you add the argument "-bandwidth 999999999999" to your mplayer
command, it will go faster. I can normally D/L a 1hr streamed programme
(from the BBC) in ~5mins.

eg  mplayer -dumpstream -dumpfile ~/whatever -bandwidth 999999999999 -ao
null rtsp://whatever.com/whatever
