Look into the GNU Scientific Library, thats libgsl0 package so "apt-get
install libgsl0" or if you're working in Java, then look at the Colt
library from CERN. Just google "colt CERN". Also take a look at the
MersenneTwister algorithm, which is regarded one of the big standards in
random num generation.
