grub install help

You need to reinstall grub. Boot your Ubuntu CD/ Ubuntu Install CD, and run
the step "install grub to master boot record".
You can go to a command shell and run this:
man grub-install
So you need a rescue boot, then find out about grub, and grub-install, and
get grub reinstalled back on the boot sector of your HDD.
