gnome-terminal --geometry 0.0 as startup item

searched the www and found out that
to create my own startup item was to use the session-preference
so added
name:gnome-terminal
command:gnome-terminal --geometry 0.0

yes the terminal comes out but in the default place
tested the same command in the terminal that came out
and the new one comes out at where i wanted
just curious and pushed the "save the current session" button
and that caused me 2 terminal coming out
from the next reboot
i could get rid of those
but still don't know how to make the geometry option
not to be ignored
mission impossible?
