Ekiga and video chat with Windows user

Ekiga is a bit back-level.   The current version (2.0.3) is the same version 
in Feisty as it was in  Edgy.  I was hoping for at least 2.0.5 which is 
better)

I tried once to gather the pieces for 2.0.5 but couldn't get it to compile.  
Might be time for another try.
