     Sure: A Linux box with tcpdump or ethereal, or at least etherape.  :)

     Yeah, they MAKE expensive, fits-in-the hand kind of things, but on 
a local lan segment, it's just as easy to see the net around you with 
one of these programs.  Heck of a lot cheaper, too.
