Gaim setup issues

I don't use ICQ, but with MSN, the list gets added automatically when
you first log in after setting the account up in Gaim (now Pidgin). If
I remember correctly, the buddy lists are backed up on the MSN/AIM
servers. The same may hold true for ICQ...
