Hey Fajar,

This is a nice write-up.
Having had plenty of experience doing this with dual-headed workstations
(namely my media workstation), I didn't find anything new, but it is very
good to see.

Two things. First off, it would be good to note that NVidia, ATI, and Intel
chips (and even among different chips of the same vendor) can handle
dual-head's differently, specifically in how they set up the Device sections.

Secondly, does your laptop require that the projector be plugged in at
boot-time or when X starts? Or can you dynamically plug in the projector and
just start working? I've had a difficult time with my NVidia chipset to have
the projector work without restarting X when I plug the projector in. Even
the settings NVidia recommends to "force" the chip to recognize the second
screen, I've been unable to.

Beautiful background as well!

Matt
