Install LILO

apt-get update
apt-get install lilo

Unfortunately, I'm not sure what step you'll need to semi-automate the 
installation, though I would try dpkg-reconfigure lilo.


Now that I've answered the question, to my limited ability, I strongly 
discourage you from doing this.. you are much better off using the 
default Grub boot manager that Ubuntu installs.  You'll have to give me 
some idea of how your partitions/drives are setup for more exact 
instrutions on the edits you need to make in /boot/grub/menu.lst to add 
a Windows install.

*Note* If you are installing new, I suggest installing Windows first 
then installing Ubuntu, and everything should just work.  If you have 
already installed Windows after a Ubuntu installation, you can use the 
Super Grub Boot Disc http://supergrub.forjamari.linex.org/ too boot your 
Ubuntu system and restore Grub boot menu.
