For a long time now, wine uses the existing linux printer(s) for
printing from Win Applications that use Wine.

So I am afraid, you might be out of luck here.

If you do not find a working linux configuration for your printer, but
have a valid windows license, you can install a full Windows, e.g. on
top of vmware and then use this for printing to your Windows(only) Printer.

However I would strongly recommend to buy a printer that works with
Linux, as long as you want to use Linux.
