Hi,

this is a very good idea. However, a closer look imho is needed- This is
because ME/9x OSes works very nicely on VERY old hardware, ex a PI/32MB.

If you want to "upgrade" these to a "modern" OS, you will have to
install a LTSP Computer on better hardware and use the old clunker as
diskless clients. That works greatly and you can tell people that they
get (nearly) two new(er) computers for the prize of just one.
