I'm sorry I didn't get back to you sooner.
I wanted to thank you for such a detailed post. I haven't had time to do
any of it yet. I'm currently looking for work and being blitzed with
interviews. Perhaps this coming weekend I'll have time enough to solve
my problems.
As for webmin: Personally I've tried it, I prefer the command line.
Naturally it is another security issue as it's another service listening
on port 10000(?). I think if you change the default port and use good
passwords you'll be OK. Should probably start a separate thread for that
though!
