Running Ubuntu from CD

Thanks All,

I was able to burn the cd with the InfraRecoder and
was able to start the Linux Boot process.


But after the Boot starts and Loading kernel comes up,
I get the following errors.
"ACPI: unable to locate RSDP"

and

"Buffer I/O error on device hdc, logical block 0 to
15"
The last error keeps repeating over and over.

Can anyone help?
