Installing Lipri and bison for asterisk

Hi All,

I was able to install ubuntu from cd.
I have also installed zaptel and working on installing
lipri before starting asterisk install.

How can I go about installing lipri?
Also, how important is this sequence of installing
zaptel and lipri before asterisk.

Are these all I need to install or are there other
very esentials I am forgetting.
