ubuntu Doesn't boot with GF2

Upgraded from 6.10, Recovery mode or using old kernel versions doesn't work either. here are pics when I select different kernel versions/recovery.mode

my geforce2 is pci. Without it installed; Ubuntu loads fine. Or else I get the above.

When using edgy, the card worked fine.
noapic doesn't work. And acpi=off is already set.
