Check your BIOS for boot options. The system is trying to boot of 
another media (CD/DVD or USB HDD or Floppy Drive). Once it doesn't find 
an OS in the first boot option it then asks you to press a key to 
default to the next.

Just make your HDD as the first boot option and you should be fine.
