It was a pretty clear question:  How do you set the (Windows) PATH variable
in wine.  It's got nothing to do with the drives tab, and it is NOT
available in winecfg. Yes, you can use regedit, but that's a brute force
approach to what should be a pretty straightforward setting.  The official
answer
(http://www.winehq.org/site/docs/wineusr-guide/environment-variables) is
that you MUST use regedit, but imo that sucks.
