The cube works at least with a ATI X1400 and XGL but getting it all up
and running is problematic at best, mostly because ATI Linux driver
support is sad to say the least.
You may want to have a look at this guide...
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/showthread.php?t=555247
First off let me say by no means am I an expert in beryl in fact it is
rather a PITA if you ask me buggy and half finished.
To get the cube working you might try to open your Beryl manager click
on >Desktop< along the top on the right side click on >Cube< make sure
its option box is checked to enable it and also just below same for
>Rotate cube< , now back under cube to the right on the first tab
>options< in the drop down box it should be set to >one big cube<
hopefully that should get it to work unless you have kiba-dock installed
and running them it wont I haven't figured that out yet?
If you want to set the size of the cube when it spins on the left side
under >Desktop< again click on >rotate cube< then the >Behaviour< tab
the >zoom< slider sets cube size when its spinning with your middle
mouse button held down.
A lot of the setting you can play around with as there set in real time
so set something try it and see if you don't like it revert
