Some people have really bad internet service in where they either have
free internet, but are limited to 10 hours, or they pay per byte.
Also, some people have text-based email viewers and get a whole bunch of
html code in there email when they go to view something that was html
enriched
On my linux console, i have a free juno internet account (because im
unemployed as of now, hopefully ill find a job soon) and ive probably
used about 2 hrs of it in the past few days just doing emails and some
internet. Sending it in HTML really bogs down my connection and it
accumulates a lot of precious time on my internet account. Besides, i
think one of the email rules for this list (and the other lists) is that
you send it in pure text format.
