This version does not work with Dapper:

Static package (skype-alpha_staticQT-1.4.0.64-generic.tar.bz2):

$ ./skype
./skype: /lib/tls/i686/cmov/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.4' not found
(required by ./skype)

Generic package (skype-alpha-1.4.0.64-generic.tar.bz2):

$ ./skype
./skype: error while loading shared libraries: libQtDBus.so.4: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory
