xen, Ubuntu and adp94xx

I would like to build a server using Ubuntu that requires the
Adaptec adp94xx driver and am looking for any information.  I cannot
find an Ubuntu driver other than possibly one that comes with grml.
I would be interested in anyone's experience with adp94xx and Xen,
especially if implemented on Ubuntu.I would like to build a server
