ID3 Tag editing in Rhythmbox

Been using "Audio Tag Tool" from the Feisty Universe repository witch
works well.  I Recently came across a reference to a plugin for
Rhythmbox, gst-plugins-good, witch is supposed to allow changing of
MP3 ID3 tags.  Thisg is I cant work out how to add it.

Any Ideas?
