Printing to PDF

'htmldoc' is a package that works for these things. This is not exactly
an Ubuntu issue, it is a problem of Firefox version: if you download and
compile the source of some later version of Firefox it will go away. Did
not try it on Ubuntu, but, did it once on SuSE 10 for this PDF issue and
also Bangla (Indic) rendering which were not in the default version
Firefox in SuSE, unlike Ubuntu.
