Good Portable MP3 Player for Ubuntu?

If all you want is audio playback then I highly recommend the Cowon
IAudio U3.

Shows up on Ubuntu as a removable drive and handles about every type of
audio file you might want. I don't know if it'll do the full 20 hours of
playtime that it claims as I've never gone more than 12 hrs in a
sitting, but it does have great sound and is pretty easy to use. I've
got the 4G version but I don't use video because that screen is really
small.
