If you read the thread, you'll understand the statement. Basically, the
upshot (concensus) is that I would need an account on every one of those
protocols in order to communicate with others in those protocols.
If I attempt to add someone from a protocol that I don't have an account
with, I get an error that says "Server Not On List" and I cannot add
them.
