screen wavy after upgrade to Feisty - refresh rate? can't config display in kcontrol...

Does that look like it could be my video card?
I seem to be having trouble finding where to find some stuff
(like, Display settings is missing from Kcontrol...
In fact, I have to say that this KDE seems to kind
of suck compared to the KDE I had in dapper.
I can´t make transparent menus and stuff.)
I didn´t have any issues with video in dapper.
