Disappearing title bars

Hi,

I have enabled Emerald and I am using one of the themes
available at gnome-look.org. I have also installed "Advanced
Desktop Effects Settings."

Every now and then suddenly the menu bar of Windows
fade away and I have to logout/login to bring them back.
Is there a way I can prevent this from happening?

PS: Meh! There was a time when Linux desktops were
behind Windows, OSX in the eye candy competition,
but now I think they have to work so hard to even
become in par with Linux! Congratulations to the people
behind Compiz, Compiz Fusion, Beryl, and also AWN :-)
