Broken system! need help

Ok the problem is fixed, that wasn't the dvd that was causing the problem
but the floppy disk. The floppy disk is the first to begin, then the dvd,
and the hard drive. As soon as I took the floppy disk and dvd were out of
the computer, it restarted normally. Sorry, I better get some sleep. Thank
