Two Ubuntu boxes using ssh

Hello,

I would to rsync dir between my two Ubuntu boxes. How can I make my
ubuntu boxes accept ssh connection. I tried

$ssh 192.168.1.3
ssh: connect to host 192.168.1.3 port 22: Connection refused
