ubuntu-xen-server-amd64?

I have just am testing out Gutsy-64bit-server on a test server.
I have been using Feisty-32bit-server on it previously.
i was using the 32bit version before because
the version of Xen on the feisty package list was 3.0.3
and 64bit dom0 couldn't run 32bit domU.

anyway i heard that xen was upgraded to. 3.1.0 in gutsy which
would allow me to do this.  so i installed 64bit gutsy.  updated the
package list.
but there was no ubuntu-xen-server-amd64 package
only the ubuntu-xen-desktop-amd64 which installs a bunch of unnecessary stuff
for a server. why is there a ubuntu-xen-server package for the i386
arch and not the amd64?
