Error in the terminal trying to fix an error with synaptic Manager

Thank you for your quick answer, but can you tell me how I find the public key? And if it is only a transient problem why does it do it since almost a week now and what can I do about it? 
I push the reload button in synaptic package manager and now I have this message:

Do I leave it like that or can I do something about it?

This is not an error. It seems you just never used gpg before, and so it
had to create the configuration files (and directory) on your first use.
Personal configuration files are located as hidden files or directories
(that is, with a leading dot) in your home directory. You can see all
those when you open a file manager window in /home/<user> and enable
menu View -> Show hidden files.

You are missing the public key for this repository

This is probably just a transient problem with the server. Try again
after a while and see if it works

You have changed the repository list (added or deleted a repository),
and now the list has to be reloaded from the server. That's expected.
