Computer won't restart if turn off!

Hello Megan,
I'm not one of the experts on the list and am usually
asking for help but, your problem sounds like a faulty
electronic on/off switch to me. I've had that problem
to occur on two different machines, one in particular
a Dell Dimensions XPS T450 with an on/off and reset
switches(push buttons).  You may want to have a
computer repair shop check it out.
