Dia Stencils for House Design, or something similar

Hi All,

First
I am looking for an app to create a plan of my house. I want to renovate and
change the layout of the rooms, so I would like to create a "Before" and
"After" schematics, so I can play with different ideas for the furniture
arrangement and so on.

I tried to find relevant stencils in Dia - but there aren't any related
stencils for what I need.
