IBM Blade HS21 cant run UBUNTU 7.10 and UBUNTU 8.0 help...

Please help i really need to setup this ubuntu machine on IBM HS21.

The installation sees all my Disk including the SAS and SAN but when i
restart after the installation, the machine doesnt boot up, no error just a
blinking cursor, what seems to be the problem?

IBM HS21 is using ATE ES1000.

I also tried using livecd and safemode in live cd its also doesnt show up.
no error just a blinking cursor.

The weird part is it allows me to install but it doesnt boot up.
