Using windows's boot disk (or system disk) bot into a comand prompt and 
rund "fdisk /mbr" this will flush the BMR of your primary hard drive and 
erase GRUB, after that you could just pop in a windblows CD (windows 
that is) and install the windows OS (now why would anyone want to do 
that?).   =)
