Hi,
I updated to Hardy yesterday so I have been using it for just 1 day. My
biggest complain was the lost of most of my extensions in firefox. The
solution was going back to firefox 2 which is still installed.
I changed the firefox symlink in /usr/bin to point to firefox 2 (sudo ln
-s firefox-2 firefox). Then I have to remove the extension.rdf in my
firefox profile since it was blocking my extensions (~/.mozilla/firefox/
and the folder with letters and numbers).

SCIM works weird in pidgin. When I start the computer I cannot type in
japanese. After a while working on the computer it starts working
again. I hope they will release a working version in the ubuntu-ja
repos next week. Keyboard doesn't work in virtualbox unless you uncheck
the "auto capture keyboard" option and I had to reconfigure the virtualbox
drive to run(sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup).

Its nice to see Deskbar having back its window on the right and I like
the updated Scale plugin that works with all open applications even if
they're not on the same desktop. Other than that I don't see big
differences in Hardy so far.
