bugs.launchpad.net really, really slow.

I've noticed that too. It seems that the static web pages load quite 
quickly and the dynamic pages like launchpad load slow. Hopefully its a 
sign that the devel people are happy with 8.04 and its being sync out to 
the mirrors.

Also I think allot of people are downloading the RC. I guess that it 
will speed up a few days after release.
