RAM overheating

the thing is....there are heatsinks on both side of the memory steak
already.....

i have real time temp monitor inside my motherboard BIOS, every time my OS
stop responding, i reset it and go into BIOS to look at the temp, also open
the case to feel it from my fingers. and i can feel them really hot....

I have my CPU fan blow some air on them from the side...does that mean cpu
original fans come with those Xeon E5410 CPUs are not good enough to be put
inside the case or on the motherboard?
