No.  The likelihood of being vulnerable is a second-order calculation.  If
your OS is stock, you are vulnerable - however unlikely an attack may
actually be.  If you have all the possible firewalls and antivirus
software, you are less vulnerable.

A crocodile _might_ be dangerous - if it hasn't eaten recently.  If it just
had a whole Wildebeest, it's highly unlikely to be dangerous.  Another
second-order calculation.
