Paolo, this is a new Assistive Technology feature; the system detects
extremely slow people :-)  (I'm joking of course :-)

My hardy machine is off-line right now. I'll get back to you later this
evening. BTW: that is very good additional information + the failsafe
into - hang in there & eventually we'll (other list folks please feel
free to jump in & help at any time now...) get it sorted out.
