The people on this list may have an opinion about the interpretation of 
the license but you can't rely on those opinions. If you aren't an adult 
then I'm not sure whether you can issue a license for any software. The 
license is a contract and at 13 can you enter into a contract? The 
license will probably have to be issued by an adult and they will need 
access to a lawyer. If there are any legal problems it is them and not 
you that will face a court.
