Ubuntu 8.04 Is Ready to Take On Windows

ubuntu asks for my user password, not an admin password and give no warnings
that I might be doing dangerous things.  Windows has a protection in it that
when you even try to delete notepad, you cannot. because it is a protected
windows file.
